Return Window

You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery.

2. Be in like-new condition

3. Include all original accessories

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

1. Custom-ordered or special-order items

2. Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

3. Items with missing or damaged packaging

4. Software or digital products

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery

2. Provide your order number and reason for return

3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

4. Ship the item back to us within 7 days

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

1. Full refunds will be given for items in like-new condition

2. Partial refunds may be given for items with minor damage or missing accessories

3. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange an item:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery

2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange

3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

4. Ship the item back to us within 7 days

5. We'll ship the replacement item once we receive the returned item

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
